The Power Gap Report tracks the widening space between when electricity is needed and when the grid can deliver it — as sourced lead-time data, not opinion. Every figure is real and traceable to a cited source. We frame the gap the way the data supports it: 12–36 months of dead time on a project schedule — bounded and plannable, never permanent stranding.
